I have 2002 F150 Super Crew 4X4, 4.6l V8, Automatic with 130000km. My problem is when I have the heater/blower running and I put the truck underload up a hill or accelerating, the air from the blower/heater is forced through the windshield defrost vents. It doen't matter if the floor vents or dash vents are selected, when underload the air is forced through the defrost. I don't know if this is normal or perhaps an intake leak of some sort. It also sounds if the fan is "loping" while at an idle. It clicks and then speeds up & down. Would like your opinion.
Thanks Mike
