1989 ford f150 with 180 000 km. i bought the truck for 50 bucks with the original 5.0 l auto engine and tranny shot. I swapped the engine, tranny, wiring, fuel tank, driveshaft to make it a 4.9 l stick. everything is bolted up and it runs, but i can't get the clutch to bleed and the pedal is to the floor. I have a haynes manual on the truck, but their directions didn't work. believe me im not stupid i did what the book says, but i work in an underequipped home garage and can't really afford to take it to the shop. Any tips?

Those set ups are usually self bleeding. I hope you replaced the slave cyl as it is inside the tranny housing. You can open a line from the master clutch cyl and see if you have fluid coimng out. If not it is the master cyl if you do than it is the one INSIDE the tranny housing. Good luck
