1996 Ford Taurus 3.0 duritec with 150,000 miles and decided to change to oil pump among many gaskets to avoid future problems but it is burried behind the crank pully... dampener... front plate...timing chain sprockets... can I get away with not changing it out or has this oil pump been a problem in the past? by the way the engine is out of the car...[img:74cb853bf4]http://www.2carpros.com/forum/automotive_pictures/78498_000_3353_1.jpg[/img:74cb853bf4]
