2004 Ford F150 heater/ac blower fan

Apperantly a mouse made it's home in the blower fan.
This happened once before and Ford fixed in about 1/2 hour and cost me $75. It happened again but don't have the $$. How do I remove the fan and clean it out. It's freezing here and can't use my heater.

Blower Motor
Removal and Installation
Remove the RH lower A-pillar trim panel.
Position aside the carpet below the blower motor.
Remove the blower motor (19805)
1.Remove the blower motor screws.
2.Disconnect the blower motor electrical connector.
3.Remove the blower motor.
Remove the blower motor wheel (18504).
1.Remove the clip.
2.Remove wheel
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
