2004 Ford F150 Code 53 SRS and total dash shutdown

I shut off my engine then restarted about 5 minutes later. At which time the dash power, radio, and windows shut off. The engine runs, door locks, lights and blinkers work. The SRS light in the dash flashes 53. I cannot figure it out.... Thanks.

Hi pgibbonsyak. Welcome to the forum. I've been reading a lot of related posts and the common problem appears to be the GEM (generic electronic module). Seems to be common to have a water leak at the windshield and the water drips onto the module leading to corroded terminals in the connector. The module could have failed too, but clean up the connector pins first and try that.
