2003 Ford F150 won't shift or run right

truck wont run right, it act's like it's running out of gas . if you let it set it will go but wont shift, thought it was transmission .. bought new one, was not the problem ... and light on gearshifter the overdrive button light flashes ... it showed 12 error codes .... P0443
