Thank you for your help.
The heater controls on my 2003 F150 Supercrew have recently malfunctioned. They are the Auto controls with the push button sets. Any set I select causes the air to come out the defrost ducts in auto or manual. The only way I can get it off the defrost is to put it on the vent setting. I am not sure if there is a fuse or some other reset.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Cory:
To me it sounds like you have a vacuum leak. The vent doors are actuated by vacuum from the engine. If the vacuum is lost or lessened, usually the defalt direction the air goes is through the defroster. Check under the dash for disconnected, damaged, or broken hoses. Also, follow the supply hose through the firewall and to the engine to make sure nothing has happened there.

Let me know what you find.
