Have you had the alternator tested?

No i have not, need to recharge battery first then i will test the alternator, if that is not the problem coudl it be the wireless remote?

It could have something to do with it. Check the alt. If it shows good, let me know. I explaine how to perform a draw test. If there is a draw, I'll have you remove one fuse at a time until the draw stops. At that point, we'll know what circuit the problem is coming from.

If you can make it to a parts store, they will check the alt for you. If you can't, here is a how to for checking it yourself. It is very easy to do.

The alternator works fine. the battery is charged. the symbol is still illuminated and its still not recharging the battery.

You must have a fuseable link between the alt and the battery that is bad. Check them for continunity.

ok, can i check them by using the "light buld' tester?

Not sure what that is. If it is a regular test light, no. If it is self powered, you can, but pay attention if the light is dim. I would recommend an ohm meter that has a continunity setting. That way you can see how much resistance is in the wire.
