2003 Ford F150 differential

rear end chatters when going around sharp corner. just replaced diff. fluid w/ limited slip additive. got better for about 1 day and now the chattering seems even worse. any suggestions?

See my profile. This may be the same deal, I experinced with my Jeep "Trac-Loc" Differential (I think thats the correct name, 2 Jeeps ago) Provided everything was done correctly and in the correct quanities. DO THIS : Take that puppy to a BIG--Desserted parking lot. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO DRIVE FAST, Make REAL TIGHT FIGURE 8s, over and over. Eventually the side packing clutches, on the carrier, inside your differential, will get lubricated, and the "popping" will stop. Run you off a copy of this, just to back up your story, when the blue lights hit you! I am sure this should fix you! Let me know, what the fine was, when they get you!
