2003 Ford F-150 Front Noise

This just started. When I aply my brake or start out from a dead stop I hear a knocking noise. I believe the noise is coming from the front driver side

Have you checked for a bad wheel bearing as well as steering components? Also, make sure you don't have a loose wheel.
