2001 Ford F150 interior lights stay on

Sometimes the interior lights stay on. It does this often. I open and shut the doors several times and it does not work.

The interior light switches are inside the door attached to the latch. Spray the latches liberally with a spray silicone or other lub, not WD40 or any other type of "rust breaker", then open and close the doors a few times. That should take care of it.
