Truck lost power.
Took to shop for a diagnostic.
110,000 miles
3 rd and 4th cylinders have no power.
Is this a head gasgett blown or cylinder head cracked.

4.2 L 6 cyl ?
Probably and hopefully just the gasket...

Do you do a compression test?
How many PSI you read?

Do you check the spark plugs?
are they clean and free of Oil or water?
