As I went to start my '99 Ford F150 this morning, it didn't even try to turn-over. All my electronics were on and running (radio, lights, air, etc), I assume its isn't the battery or alternator. I tried it a second time and it turned over which makes me think it has something to do with the starter. If I'm wrong please correct me. My question is how do you know if it is just the solenoid or if it is the starter? Thanks.
