Electrical problem
1999 Ford F150 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

If I leave my battery connected it drains, I hooked up my meter and started pulling fuses. when I got to the one that killed to continuity I looked it up in the book and it said there was no fuse there. it was fuse #107 in the distribution panel under the hood. Somebody told me it could be my starter I just don't see how. please help

My diagrams don't show a fuse 107. Fuse #17 shows "not used". Regardless, someone may have added something aftermarket to this circuit. You'll have to trace it down and see where t goes.

fuse #107 is not used so there can be a fuse there, but I can tell you have have seen the PCM power relay stick on and cause this problem, I would remove it to see if the problem disappears. Here is a guide to help as well and I have included the relay location in the images below.
