1999 Ford F150 Clicking from interior fuse box and engine f

Truck was fine yesterday tried to start it today and heard a clicking sound from the interior fuse box and engine compartment fuse box, also the gauge needles are pulsing with the clicks and the abs light flashes with the clicks. Also interior lights flash off and on with clicks Truck will not start or turn over only clicks. Please Help, thanks.

Look over on the right side of the engine bay at the firewall, there is a box on the firewall, remove the cover and check the ground wire, also the terminal on the starter has a tech bulliten on it on a lot of Fords, check that out for any signs of arc pitting.
