1999 Ford F150 Bump noise when accelerating around 80km?hr

I've notice a bump noise sort of best way to describe as truck excelerates around 80km. Had transmission serviced yesterday and everything was fine also had full oil and lube service done yesterday. Put in a new rear end year and half ago.

check the universals. One could be going bad and upon exceleration the enginge produces torque. When it does it puts strain on the unversals and what looks good universal could be going bad..
