1999 Ford F150 Battery cable that runs to the starter

I got my 99 Ford F150 towed to a local garage & they said it needed a starter. No big deal there. My question is they also said it needed a battery cable assembly. The said it would be $145. Is there anything special about this cable? Does it have to be a Ford cable?

Is it made out of gold? you don't have to-you can fabricate it using the correct size AWG
