After new ball joints, in/out tie rods, shocks and brakes, I still have a scrubbing vibration when turning a slow left or right corner from a dead stop. The truck runs vibration free on the highway and tire wear is even. Ther is no play in the wheel when up on jacks and bearings are fine. Alignment was done when ball joints were replaced. I still have the vibration when turning. Vibration stops when the wheel begins to straighten. I also notice this when turning and pulling my boat (3000 lbs).
Shocks and ball joints were supposed to solve the problem. I replaced them because I have decided to keep the truck for a while, but not if this problem persists.

Has any one done a total shake down of the front end. I would repack the wheel bearings unless it has been done already. I would check all the tie rods and the upper and lower control arm bushing and pitman arm and idler arm and the sway bar links and bushing. Something must be either loose or broke. You said the wheel bears were good but were they removed and inspected? Get back to me and we will take it from there.
