Truck will not idle on a cold start without giving it gas. Once the engine warms a little it idles rough and eventually smooths as it approaches operating temperature. Also, when driving, it wont shift into drive 3. It acts like it is running out of gas. The tank is full and fuel pressure is 40 lbs. I have a single code on OBD II scanner P1401 exhaust gas recirculation insufficient. Are the above symptons consistant with an EGR valve malfunction?
