Fill master, it should be self bleeding, pump the pedal like 15 times it will self bleed if not loosen bleed screw on top of bellhousing (slave is internal in the bellhousing) open til fluid comes out, careful not to let the master reservoir run dry.. Then fill and cap master reservoir and pump the pedal several times, it will eventually build a pedal

Hi there,
Looks like your truck doesn't have a bleed valve on the slave cylinder..
I have had a few that were stubborn, but you will feel the pedal start to get a little resistance as is forces the air out

Check out the diagram below, it has the bleed procedure for your truck.
