I have a leak in my original radiator and am planning to replace it this weekend. The truck has a factory tow package. I called my local Napa store and was told that a replacement radiator has two rows and is 2" inches deep. I explained that my current radiator is about 2 3/4" inches deep. The clerk replied that the new two row radiators are can cool the same as old four core radiators and the two row that he was quoting me has HD cooling. Is this true? Would I be ok replacing the OEM with this radiator? I don't tow alot, just a couple of times a year. I just want to make sure that my truck stays cool in the Arizona heat. Thanks for your help,

Cas

the two core should do just fine if not better then the big blocky four core ones.

just make sure it has the proper hook ups and bolt patterns.
