My F150 has been making some whirring or ringing type noises for a while now and it has slowly been getting louder.
I finally decided it was time to fix the problem so I took off the serpentine belt and checked to see if any of the pullys were loose. Turns out, it is what I believe to be the power steering pump (lower right hand pully that has the power steering dip stick on top) is wobbley and doesn`t easily spin like the other pulleys or the flywheel.
My question is, how hard is it for me to fix it and how do I do it? And how do I do that?

not to hard of a job, if your mechanical that is.

basically remove the power steering lines, and unbolt the motor with the serpentine belt off of course.

it may have double threaded bolts that you will have to take off, so if it wont come off easily dont start prying on it.
