I have replaced my radiator, water pump, fan clutch, upper and lower hoses and thermostate. My trucks gauge will read between the "R" and"M" on the gauge and prior it would read between the "N"and"O" on the gauge what do you think it could be.

Hello,

Most likely the Thermostat....

Before you change it, it pobably had a 180 degree and when you got the new one they gave you OE type which is 195 degree. If you have access a infared Thermometer will tell you what the engine temp is at operating temp.

Another posibility is that there is an air pocket in the engine, creating a hot spot. They will usually work out. If not would try jacking vehicle up so from of engine is high point and run vehicle with cap at first step of closed.

I wouldn't worry to much unless it starts going higher.
