Engine Performance problem
1995 Ford F150 V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 162k miles

truck cranks shuts down....won't start....sometimes it does sometimes it don't ....thinking it is the fuel pressure regulator.....it makes since....cause you have to turn the key three times to get enough gas to the engine to start.....ok now i have checked the fuel pumps.....they are good.....just though it seems like the gas is not even making it to the engine.....my question is where is the fuel pressure regualator located.....thank you for your time

The fuel pressure regulator is attached to the fuel rail and has a vacuum hose to it.
