1994 F-150 5.8 automatic rebuilt motor 0 miles

1994 Ford F-150 with a E40D My ford had a 4.9 300 6 and I put in a 5.8 351 I changed the ECM to the one I thought would fit. Changed the wiring that bolts on the finder well with a 10m bolt and put new injectors on the motor, the motor ran great be for I put it in but now won't, It misses real bad and has no power, it will only start when i spray starting fluid into it. What am I missing
