1993 Ford F150 Rear Differential Seal

The Speed sensor died and I replaced it, and at the same time I thought it would be a good idea to change the diff. fluid also, I serviced the diff with 75-140 full synthetic and after I pulled a trailer I noticed oil leaking from the front of the diff where the drive axle enters, I was told it needs a new seal, can you tell me what tools I will need and is it something that I can do? (I've changed transmissions before)

What you are discribing is the pinion seal. You will need to pull the driveline and then the pinion yoke and replace the seal and put it back together. Torque on the pinion nut is 160 ftlbs.
