1992 Ford F150 Nuetral Safety switch

I need to replace the NEutral Safety switch. I bought the switch, but can not locate where it goes. I was told it would be under the dash around the clutch assembly. I looked and looked and looked ? No luck ? Any ideas ? Im losing my mind !
