I replaced my stock coil with an aftermarket coil with more power. I also replaced all plug wires with heavy-duty 9mm wires.

Now, the engine misfires (lurches) at higher speeds after it warms up, however it idles smoothly.

It's not the fuel pump because the truck has 2 tanks (and 2 pumps, one if which is brand new).

It's not arcing (that I know of) because I've installed the fabric insulators around the plug boots near the headers.

The plugs are platinum tipped (tho several years old).

Cap and rotor? Try another (stock) coil? Test spark intensity?

If it started missing after you did the work, are you sure the wires are on in the correct order?
