truck runs good while setting and idling or driving at a low speed; but as soon as pull out onto highway it sputters and quits running after letting it set for a while it will start back. I used a code reader on it and it reads that egr valve not opening egr sensor I replaced egr sensor and cylanoid and fuel pump relay switches and ecc relay. plz help I'm at my witts end.
