Have replaced clutch, pressure plate, throwout bearing, and slave cylinder, when reassembled truck is still making noise and transmission does want to engage.

HI, here is something I found the hard way. Did all the same things you did, and no luck. Do you have the plastic slave piston that pushes the clutch? Mine was and I had someone push the pedal in and the piston barely moved. I had a big plastic "C" that kept the piston on the fork of the tranny. Below is a better idea. I moved the piston closer.
