When I first fixed up my ford, I found that the speedometer line on the bottom of the truck was unplugged. So I plugged it back in to see if that helped in any way, but as I was driving down the street, I noticed that the speedometer was still no working. I'm wondering if it has something to do with the entire line or I have to check the fuse box. Could you help me in any way?

remove the gauge cluster and make sure that the cable is also connected to it as well. if it is connected at both ends (tranny and gauges) than follow the cable all the way down to make sure it is not kinked or broken anywhere.
