What are the number of hours that would be in a flat rate manual for replacing the timing gear and chain. 351/5.8 Windsor.

does the water pump have to be separated from the timing belt cover? I'm looking to not get double billed if I have the replace the water pump while in there.

Yes water pump is removed so should only be paying for pump no additional labor
