I am changing the water pump and i need to know how to remove the fan and pully off the water pump shaft

not sure what motor you're working on but should just remove shroud out of way, remove radiator for clearance, remove the 4 fan clutch-to-water pump hub bolts and lift off the fan/clutch assembly. remove the 4 fan-to-clutch bolts and separate fan from clutch. if its on diesel motor then i believe you need a couple of specialty tools for the job.
