1967 Ford F150 valve stem seal replacement

theres only one real way to put them on.

are the heads on the vehicle or off?

the heads are on the truck.I heard there was a simplier way to do it. You use a spring compressor and do each one at a time.But you coil some rope down in each one so it doesnt fall through.You put the valve stem guides on one at a time.

you can use rope, but ive always used compressed air. works alot better. just get the proper threaded adapter usually from a compression tester and just hook it up to a air compressor hose that way.
