I do not know your rig well, I do know JEEP CJs, I have a 1946 Willys----I understand point systems.
I am assuming since you made no mention,
You have installed the distributor, BUT IT AIN"T RIGHT?
Or its right, and you cannot get timing marks to cooperate with you?
Or you cannot get it to run halfway decent to time it?
Come on help me out a little, give me all info about PAST, PRESENT, FUTURE of what it did, and what you did!
Do you have/ Have you/ Can you operate a timing light and a Tach/ Dwell meter?...........I can maybe help if you are sorta lost there!
It may not be hard to get straight, are you Auto Competent in repairs? Just want to know how much info is necessary to explain stuff (saves me time, just do not want you to think I'm belittling you)
