In cool weather, the steering wheel feels hard to turn for about the first 2 or 3 degrees in either direction. After that is suddenly frees up and only requires normal effort to turn further. It is like the tires are stuck and a little bit of extra effort suddenly breaks them loose. This happens at all speeds and seems to get less pronounced as the car warms up. Fluid is full and no noises. Any thoughts?[/quote]
