Our 2001 Ford Explorer was into the dea;er for some recall work and they said I needed to change the power steering fluid. I would rather do that myself but don't see a drain plug.
Also, why would this have gone bad. At 67,000 miles I shouldn't be seeing this, right? When the car is turned hard, at slow speeds, a rubbing/grinding noise seems to be comming from the rear end (but we haven't tried to check this outside the car).

Might have something failing in the pump. pull off a line and drain it.

Good luck and let us know. :)
