My 1996 Explore sport V6 153,000 mile automatic came from the shop after having a new alternator & battery installed. Now the drivers door lock won't work. All other locks funtion normally. The drivers lock tries but won't go all the way down, just half way, electonically or manually. It will unlock fully (pop-up) by remote or inside buttons. Also the key won't work on this door now, but on the other door it will. Is there a connection with my repairs? and how do I remedy this problem?
