Explorer Rear Brake Noise

About 3 months ago I replaced my rear rotors and pads on my 2000 Ford Explorer V6. For about a month the brakes were quiet again but lately they have started to squeal again especially when backing out of my driveway.

Any thoughts?

Did you remember to grease the pads when you replaced them?

Many pads have a thin pad on the back to muffle any squeeks between the piston head and the back of the pad but even then it may still squeel I've noticed.
