I recently replaced the front lower ball joints and this weekend hope to tackle the upper ball joints. On my vehicle the driver side upper ball joint is integral to the control arm, so I will be replacing the whole control arm with new bushings, not a problem. On the passenger side the control arm is a 2 piece design where you can replace just the ball joint. I have tried to get a whole new control arm assembly for the passenger side, but cannot find one. Everyone wants to sell me a one piece unit with the bushings already installed. Has the two piece design been replaced by the one piece or for this setup do I absolutely need the two piece design? If so would I need a different cam bolts to get the one piece design aligned? If the one piece control arm won't work could you guide me to where I could find the part number? Made a donation, please help. Thanks

It has probably been updated to the one piece design (who knows why). Does the d/s have a one piece arm? Unfortunately for alot of the parts updates and th esuch, a trip to the dealer is req'd. And yes, you will have to get new eccentrics for the upper arm if you go to the one piece design

Any place that does the alignment that it will need will have them.If you want, you can go to the dealer and get OE parts, but it isnt necessary.
