I have a 2004 Ford Explorer V8 with 55,000 miles automatic 2WD. I have noticed twice that when the brakes are applied that the pedal will jerk and go down a little futher and the ABS light will come on, the vehicle always stops. The ABS light does not stay on all the time just randomly comes on, vehicle has new brake pads replaced 2 months ago and the brakes have been bled, do you think it would help to change to brake fluid or do I need to have it put on computer?? Do you have any other ideas what it could be??
