Transmission problem

Hello, i have a a serious problem with my suv ...i dont know what happened but ill tell you in detail.... i was parked, cranked up the suv, started to pull off slowly, then accelerated the vehicle, once i got half way down the road the suv started to make noise from the front end started to shake, i put my foot on the brake put hazzard light on and pulled over and shut the vehicle off.
i thought i had a flat tire.. or i ran over something?
i kneeled down to look under the suv and i noticed fluid leaking from underneath the front. the shaking noise is coming from in between the engine and the transmission...it was smoking a lil bit because of the oil burning somewhere inside.. but i cannot drive the car..... i need an estimate or some kinda clue as to what happened.....PLEASE HELP ;)
