what could cause bank one to run rich and foul out the plugs. I have changed both o2 sensors on bank one, put in new plugs and wires. The truck stutters very bad when I put it on drive and have my foot on the brake.

I want you to check fuel pressure, and fuel pressure drop off. I would like to know if you have fuel injectors that are sticking.

Here is a how to. Remember, pay special attention to the fuel pressure drop off. That is when you shut the key. THe pump stops, but the system should maintain pressure for some time.

Let me know what you find.

Okay, that tells us there is no leak at the injectors or other places. I have to ask, does the 2003 have one coil or one for each cylender. Sorry, 7 years ago I knew this but I'm getting old. (LOL)

The only other thing I can think of is the PCM. For only one side to be running rich, the injectors must be firing more fuel than the other bank.

Is there any way I can test the pcm. Where would you suggest finding one? Does the PCM need to be flashed to my VIN

You will need special test equipment to check that. As far as getting one, I would suggest a salvage yard. However, make sure it has the exact same part number.

Before you go to the trouble of replacing the PCM, I see no mention of retrieving any present trouble codes. Are there any codes present?
