two days ago I had two new tires put on my vehicle with an alignment. When I got the truck back, the front left tire makes a rubbing noise. I took it back to the shop that did the work. they are telling me they didn't do anything wrong and that there is a problem with the rear differential. they are telling me it is all a coincidence. Is this possble?

It is possible that they didn't align all the wheels correctly. May I know where the place you have your car to be aligned?

I had my truck aligned at the local Firestone. I brought it back to them on Friday because I felt that the noise I was hearing in the front driver's side tire could be potentially unsafe. They told me that the problem is with the outer bearing on the front driver's side rear. They also told me that it is all coincidental and that they did nothing wrong during the work that was performed. I don't know what to believe. Now they tell me they can't fix the problem in the outer bearing and I would need to take it somewhere else and absorb the cost myself.
