The check fuel cap warning light came on. I checked the cap and it was fine. It is an aftermarket locking one so I switched it with the stock one and the light is still on. Now what do I do???

Chances are there is a leak in the system and the computer thinks it's the cap. First, craw under the vehicle and check the filler tube. It is where the fuel runs through to get to the fuel tank. At first it is steel and then connects to a rubber hose. Make sure the clamps are tight, and check the steel section for rust that may have gone through and is allowing an air leak. If all looks good, then what I recommend is having the system fogged. The mechanic will actuall force fog into the EVAP system. Where ever the leak is, the fog will come out.

Let me know if you have other questions and what you find.
