2000 Ford Explorer noise while driving,

The noise sounds like a cupped or bad tires and increases wth speed, not engine rpm,rotated tires still there, new tires and it reduced the amount for awhile, steeing whee seems to oscilate with noise. Ford can't locate it, local NAPA either.

Sound like a growling noise? if so check the hub bearings.
