2000 Ford Explorer 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

As soon as I replace my horn relay fuse and try the horn it blows out - Why?

Can be the horn itself is bad, or the switch, or wires that connect it all...unplug the horn and re try it leaving horn disconnected, then if you can use a test light on the horn wire, hit the button, does the light light? If it blows without the horn by hitting the button, then it's usually the button.
