2000 Ford Explorer clicking noise

ive replaced most everything that can be replaced with the brakes. still have this clicking noise that exist only when i apply the brakes on the passengers side.sounds like rotors r out of round but there new.

no it does not sound like that the abs light is not on also

This is a good one. Chances are it is something stupid that is being overlooked. If you replaced everything, there isn't anything left. Just for the heck of it, check the backing plate behind the rotor to make sure it isn't bent or rusted and bumping the rotor when you use the brakes.

not the backing plate .could the noise be traveling .from the other side or could the cv drive axle b making the noise when braking. its driving me nuts

Noise can travel very easily. Check the u-joints on the drive shaft. CV joints usually make a clicking when turning.
