I have a 1999 Ford explorer. It has been parked for 4 months. It ran fine when parked. Now the engine turns over fine but will not start. It does not appear to be getting any fuel. When you turn the key to on, there is no humming or sounds from the fuel tank from the fuel pump. I depressed the schraeder valve for the fuel line and there was no fuel coming out. I checked the fuel shut-off switch and it has not been triggered. There is no fuse to check for the fuel pump, only a relay.
Please advise

Check fuse no.9 20amp it powers the fuel pump relay and then to the pump. If okay and the relay-power the pink and black wire on the fuel pump connector from the battery and see what happens.
