Ok, now I'm not a complete idiot but, I cant remove my existing filter from the fuel lines. I have what is supposed to be the OEM tool for it. The tool looks like a pair of scissors kinda. I get the idea of the tool but the application is a differant thing. I just dont want to break a fuel line. Any suggesstions
